All prices listed on our Website are in Rands and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this confirmation immediately and contact us if there are any discrepancies.
**5. Payment**
We accept various payment methods but our standout feature is our “book now, pay later” option. Payment will be processed upon confirmation of your order. Late Payment fees will be added to overdue invoice.
**6. Shipping**
We offer shipping services within South Africa and have our footprint in the EMEA region [Europe, Middle East and Africa]. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We aim to process and ship your order within 3-7 business days, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
**7. Returns and Refunds**
Due to the nature of factory-fault items, Refunds & Returns are handled with specific policies:
– We absolutely offer Refunds to our Customers, however this is only in the form of a Factory Fawltz Shopping Voucher.
– Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they do not meet the description or have visible manufacturing defects.
– To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@factoryfawltz.com.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless specified otherwise.
