Policy Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain unused and in original condition.

Flexibility

Eligible items can be exchanged for an alternative size or style, subject to availability at the time of processing.

Settlement

Approved refunds are issued as FactoryFawltz store credit and reflected within 7–10 business days.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.
Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
